joy955 FAQ — Most Asked Questions by Myanmar Players

Yes. To protect the security of your funds and ownership of your account, joy955 only allows withdrawals to your own KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account. Transfers to another person's wallet are not accepted for security reasons. Make sure your own KBZPay is set up and that the name matches the one you registered with, so everything goes through without issues.

A minimum balance of 10,000 Ks is required to withdraw from joy955. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted. Note that the minimum deposit amount of 5,000 Ks is different from the minimum withdrawal amount of 10,000 Ks.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours in Myanmar Time (MMT). The timeframe depends on the payment method chosen and how busy operations are that day. If your money has not arrived after 2 hours, please contact the support team.

A wagering requirement must be met before you can withdraw a welcome bonus. For joy955's 100% first deposit bonus, the wagering is bonus amount × 10. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks; you must wager 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. Your own deposited amount requires no wagering and can be withdrawn at any time.

"Pending" means your request has been received and joy955's finance team is reviewing it. It will normally update within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please allow time for the team to verify your amount and wallet name. If it has been over 2 hours, you can ask directly via live chat.

At joy955, your username must be a combination of letters and numbers with no spaces. For better security, make your password a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Do not use easily guessable information such as your real name or date of birth as your password.

Under joy955's policy, each person may only open one account per person. A family member can open their own separate account using their own ID. However, the same device and the same wallet must not be used across two different accounts — if this is found during checks, action will be taken in line with policy.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the joy955 login page. You can verify your identity using your registered phone number or email, then set a new password. If you cannot find that option, the support live chat can help you directly.

joy955 is a browser-based platform, so you can open it in any browser on any Android or iOS device and log in. Always log in as the account owner using your own username and password — too many incorrect login attempts can temporarily lock the account, so keep your password safe.

Changes to your name and KYC details must be made through the joy955 support team. If you want to change your phone number or linked wallet, you can request this via live chat with identity verification. Keeping your name consistent with your wallet helps avoid issues at withdrawal.

Once a match ends and the official result is announced, joy955's football system settles automatically. Settlement is based on the standard 90 minutes only, so injury time is not included — for live betting, the time is agreed from the start of the match. If you believe a result is incorrect, you can report it to the support team with a screenshot.

In Asian Handicap, the stronger team is given a goal handicap to level the playing field. For example, if Team A is given a −1.0 handicap, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on Team A to win. A higher decimal odds means a higher payout per 1 Ks wagered. joy955's football page explains each odds type individually, so check it before you place a bet.

An accumulator (maung) combines the results of multiple matches into a single bet, and you must win every match to receive the full payout. If any one match loses, the entire accumulator is lost. Because the odds are multiplied together, potential winnings can be higher, but please note that the chance of losing is also greater.

Yes. joy955's football page includes well-known global leagues such as the EPL (English Premier League) and UEFA Champions League, as well as MNL (Myanmar National League) matches. You can view matches featuring Myanmar clubs, and you can check whether matches are available on the football page.
